Welsh named 2015 Great American Patriot Award recipient

Rather funny how 2 posts below this on my feed is about how severely undermanned the Air Force is and if I recall this is a direct result of poor decision making on his part. To which he admitted was his mistake.

The folks making the presentation and those who will cheer when it is presented will have no idea of the damage he caused to the Air Force. If he was a true patriot he would've retired when his he acknowledged mistakes on making thise cuts. The Air Force needs a real leader at the helm for a change.

I try to not ever get offended but it's really hard when you see this guy getting an award for destroying a branch I loved and served in proudly only to get a pink slip around the same time I was supposed to go overseas for deployment. Its true what they say the faithful and hard working never come out on top.
