The second video is a training video from 2016 over an hour long. There are likely updated videos since.
I like to imagine that SMs who have been been deployed have also been tasked to watch a similar training video - although perhaps not.<sigh>
I created a website years ago, for a diverse group of folks concerned about an ongoing conflict. The website relied heavily on the huge number of Geneva Conventions and Humanitarian Laws being violated by signatory nations!
I recall the ICRS was tasked to be the guardian of international humanitarian Law.
