I created a website years ago, for a diverse group of folks concerned about an ongoing conflict. The website relied heavily on the huge number of Geneva Conventions and Humanitarian Laws being violated by signatory nations!
I recall the ICRS was tasked to be the guardian of international humanitarian Law.
