What Can’t Be Debated on Campus

I've been thinking about taking some classes just so I can aggravate the crap out of some professors and students. It would be like a public service project for me.

I have a real problem with people that are so fixed and intolerant of anyone that has other views they won't even allow others to speak and inflict violence against those other views. They also won't listen and perhaps learn something or even consider changing their mind. This type of censorship is dangerous, this is what extremist use as tactic, burn books they don't agree with, don't allow others with different views to speak, can this happen in a Civilized Western Society ? It sure can that was the start of the National Socialist party, the "Nazis" got their movement going and as it grew the result were NOT good. Its too bad the politically correct people who make their own determination what You can and can't say have never learned the lessons of History. Its up to the rest of us to stop this censorship and allow free speech and the exchange of ideas. What ever happened to debates in college classrooms where We learned and exchanged view and ideas and were aware of our past and the reactions caused by certain actions. What is wrong with the ability to not only listen and learn but also contribute to help that process and prepare us for life in the real world.

I went to art school and everyone was surprisingly un-PC. More than a few of my professors were so libertarian that they made the LP look like CPUSA. That being said, you can't get me to step foot on a state or ivy league campus, not since universities have went from promoting freedom of expression to banning more books than the National Socialist Workers Party.
