That is interesting for a franchise of al Qaeda to break away PO1 William "Chip" Nagel
I expect they understand that their enemies are gaining intel advances on them and have disrupted their planning and execution cycles.
It is beginning to remind me of the PLO, Fatah and all the spinoffs from that organization in the 1970s as al Nadal and Black September, etc. did their utmost to terrorize Israel and the west.
