Hummus is surprisingly easy to make, and making it yourself you know that it's got healthier ingredients. Plus, there's some cool varieties you can make besides chick peas. I tried one with black beans that was pretty good and plan to do one with edamame.

The way things are going with reports of mercury and other toxics in the water, you take a chance no matter what you catch and eat.
I fish Pro-Am tournaments and only do catch and release.
I haven't caught and kept a fish since 1988 when I stated fishing amateur tournaments to professorial level.
Keep telling myself that I am going to go catfishing or crappie fishing. But just can't bring myself to do it. LOL
