April 12, 2002, began like any other Friday for 10-year-old Ashlynne Haycock. She woke up, ate breakfast, went to school, and got an A on a spelling test.

That's amazing that she was able to turn a tragedy into something that is very impact-ful for others. She's an incredible example that should be noticed.
