Climate Change. Used to be called Global Warming but I remember a few of their events got snowed in in Wash DC....too many laughs. We have to say the science is good. We can not say further investigation and studies is required. No, they said the same thing when the World was Flat....Science changed that. Science says that coffee is good, and bad, and good. Not sure which today. But, I am drinking coffee.

What is ironic is that science has become political science. Before science would be objective and allow minority opinions because sometimes those minority opinions became valid. Today, science is like a communist politburo in that if you disagree, you are kicked out of the tribe! Dr. Judith Curie was one of those who disagreed with the tribe even though she was the tribal leader for a long time. I know you know this but this is for others here who may just be interested in this article who are being brainwashed daily by the scientist who win Nobel Peace Prize carbon taxes as a means to save the Earth when the earth is in between ice ages and we still don't know who is responsible for if it's just Mother Nature. Al Gore, and the rest of the scientific field of already made up their mind that it's man's fault!

LTC (Join to see) - Many are looking for funding for a year of employment for climate studies. Easier to get on the old flat earth days.

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint what dr. Judith Curry says in this Fox news clip is that most of the funding is going towards the agenda that Earth is being heated by man. The premise being on most if not all of the studies is that man is responsible instead of trying to be objective and trying to narrow down other possibilities. She said another recording of the analogy of the drunken the street light looking for keys. The drug female is only looking when there's light for her keys she's not looking where it's dark for her keys. So the scientists are only looking at certain sectors of the Earth warming. She brought up to the temperature difference if we stopped using carbon all together tomorrow. She said the difference in temperature will be 1/2 of 1 degrees Centigrade after 50 years. The reason being is that the Earth is like a capacitor and the ocean stores Heat. This does not go with the climate change political sciences line of thinking.

It's like, lets spend 50 Trillion Dollars and see if we can move the temperature needle one or two degrees. Really a waste of money in my opinion. Mother nature will take care of itself as it always does, it only needs humans to stay out of the way, doesn't really need our help. Having said that, globally it seems Mother Natures answer is declining human replacement birth rates which should start noticeable population declines on the Earth by 2050. That is happening because as someone once said Economic Development is the best contraceptive. Now that is going to impact global warming along with automation (robots do not need cooling or heating like humans do) a LOT more than any money we spend.

A lot of these dire scenarios that approach weather armaggedon are not going to last if they do happen and I would really be surprised to see some of the more onerous predictions happen..........like the global flooding scenario.
