I have some say $5 billion is not enough. They have had plenty of violations and the fine is justified to me

They need to be declared as a Media Company which IS what they are! Then they will have to give "equal" time and will be shut down if they keep banning Pro 2nd Amendment and ProLife Christian sites....

SGT James Murphy The Fairness Doctrine was overturned in 1987. Equal time only applies to political candidates. We need to promote both sides so people can make "educated" decisions. Listening only to those who agree with us does nothing to advance the thought process on issues.

SP5 Dennis Loberger - Thank's for correcting me. I do beleive that they need to be reclassified so that they can't claim they are a Private company and therefore legally ban people from posting apposing views.
