What to expect now that Internet providers can collect and sell your Web browser history

My concern is how well will the Internet providers vet the agency, organization or business that wants to make a deal with an ISP for customer information. As the article state, current privacy policies of each ISP should protect their customers unless they choose to relax those policies for increased profit margins.
