What will it take to get some movement to charge this guy?
Yet another strike, in my books, that this guy is not only a deserter but a traitor. When will the Army interview the people from his platoon? When will the doctors allow him to be interviewed? When will they charge him and begin prosecuting this disgrace?

I think ever since he was moved from Germany to Texas, the DoD is doing their best to not make him accessible to the public. Nor do I think that we will hear anything "official" from him or a spokesperson concerning why he left his team. Maybe one day we'll hear something about some sort of investigation but I doubt it will be at the level that we all hope to hear.

I read something somewhere, maybe USA Today, that they (DOD)appointed a 1 or 2 Star to investigate his desertion. I think they were starting with his former Platoon.

1SG (Join to see) the news also said at least two of his platoon members came forward and said they are still waiting to be contacting including his PL if I remember correctly.

I am sure that there has been directives not to question this guy too much. Just my take.

Too much egg...not enough face. Soon it will be a court martial offense to even mention his name until it goes away.
