It would be nice if we had the name of the song. I’m not really a fan of a lot of “modern” day music lyrics. However, changing your roommates desktop to a photo showing the confederate flag is inappropriate. Getting an appointment to the academy is very difficult and perhaps shouldn’t be wasted on this individual. I can honestly say that I never heard of any behavior like this in my almost 6 years in the USCG.
