White House Press Secretary Suggests Even Hitler Didn't Use Chemical Weapons

I am not trying to defend that moron by any means, but I understood what he was trying to say. He was referring to the more conventional battlefield use of chemical weapons.

Hitler had a large store of agents.. I'm sure many know that "Sarin" is actually a combination of letters taken from the German inventors of the agent.

many have wondered why the nazi wehrmacht did ##not use these weapons in obvious places like The Bulge and on the French coast during the allied invasions.

I like to point to Hitler's own experience as a victim of chemical agents in WW1, as well as the general difficulty in moving the agents through the European theater without harming his own soldiers and, quite frankly, causing environmental damage to the lands he was hoping to claim as part of his new empire, as likely reasons.

Anyway, what Mr Spicer said was ignorant and a very poor comparison. He has shown a trend of speaking first, then filtering. Not a great trait to have as the white house spin doctor

Better question is, "Why hasn't he been fired?"
