I think that is all wrong when you shoot a woman in her own home. She was not doing a b&e, or even carrying a weapon. You cannot claim my life was in danger.
I served 17 years as a probation officer in the toughest city in this country, nyc. I was armed with body armor. I was warned that if I did not have a valid reason then i would stand before the grand jury and answer for discharging my weapon. I had toknow when to use deadly physical force. The department would not stand with you if you were wrong. You had to stand by yourself.

There is no reason to shoot a n unarmed black woman in her own home. It seems as though you are not safe anywhere. An invasion to my home is a complete violation especially when you have done nothing wrong. What kind of excuse can you use, I was in fear for my life. It won't wash this time.
