SGT (Join to see) - Sergeant; Since the logo depicts a friendly contest, there is a good chance that Whiteboro could get away with redrawing the rather crude image of the wrestling match.

On the other hand, they are simply going to have to change the town's name because "WHITEboro" is incredibly ethnically offensive.

MSG Tom Earley - Master Sergeant; What does that have to do with the FACT that calling a town "White" anything is an insult to all the other races and is offensive?

I will give you that POSSIBLY the town could get away with changing its name to "White'sboro", but to leave it as "Whitesboro" implies that only "Whites" are good enough to live there.

Remember, only a franchise owned by Native Americans can use the words "Indians" or "Redskins" or "Braves" as a team name and those ethnically offensive teams currently using them should IMMEDIATELY stop doing so (or be fined out of existence).

PS - Please excuse the omission of the "Sarcasm Alert" warnings.

Hurt feelings police strike again, and only gaining strength. Good or bad, it's still towns history. Let's just pretend it never happened. Do not know if hiding history is the best answer.
