Who are the 22 veterans?

Thank you Col for this very worthy read on those helped by the VA and VHA.

“More than 69% of Veteran suicides are among those age 50 and older.”...
But look at the Stats where the Kids 23-35 are Increasing since 2009...
Look at the % increases of Spousal, Child, And Domestic Abuse in the same age ranges of the Kids coming back from "The Sandboxes"...
Look at the amount unemployment in the same groups...
Most of the VA's are not Equipped or is anyone Making the efforts beyond the Usual Hot Air and Flapping Lip Services the Talking Heads Usually Pay to the Mass Media...
