Racism and prejudice is mostly carried out in the most secret and personal ways by individuals not groups!

I agree with your post . Racists are individuals that choose to be racists. They could have learned to be racists from their parents . Or maybe just want to feel like they are better than others because of their skin color . I've seen racism up close and personal but I didn't stop to ask if they were liberal or conservative. To me they were just racists.

The word racist/racism is so overused and improperly that the word has lost it's real meaning. It is one of dirty little words thrown at people.
Liberals are quick to insult/shame anyone that disagrees. They don't want to hear your thoughts because they are wrong. People are too stupid to think for themselves, so they will tell you what to think. College today does not teach you how to think, they teach you what to think.
I think affirmative action is an outdated program. I agree with the writer that it has become a program that sets people of color to fail.
There was an old saying that says it all: Give me a fish and I will eat today. Teach me to fish and

This has become one of those nasty words (mud) that is flung at anyone that disagrees with a liberal. Political correctness gives this word it does not deserve.
Affirmative action is an outdated notion. It now works against the people it was supposed to help. It sets them up for failure by reducing the experience/training/eduction required for many jobs.

The person is the video is a conservative and I think his assessment is slanted in that direction. It is such a complex issue that I don't think it is fair to try to explain it in a few lines. The one thing I know he is wrong about is affirmative action. The problem is not that there are people from the global majority that excel in different areas, the problem is that everyone is not given the same opportunity. The bar of achievement was not lowered for people that got into schools through affirmative action. There were no affirmative action tests or affirmative action classes. People that benefitted from affirmative action have to be qualified. They took the same classes and the same tests that everyone else took. Think about Justice Clarence Thomas. He probably would not have been accepted into Yale without affirmative action. Most people don't realize that white women benefited the most from affirmative action. Racism does not have a party label. The term is overused. But historically, when you look back at the history of the USA, non-white people have been treated first as property, then as second class citizens for 90% of the county's history.
