Sort of correct (although I would argue that "What" is one of the key elements). Even then, sticking only to who, where, and when (and what, it you accept my premise) there's still plenty of wiggle room for inserting bias. Indeed, every journalist, even the best of them (now long dead) couldn't avoid all bias. However, they could limit it. The real key? Brevity. As soon as you see adjectives and adverbs filling up space, you are being subjected to opinion, not news.

Obviously, everyone has a bias. It's the sanctimonious who demand we accept their "objectivity" when they are clearly biased that's annoying.
