Don't know if anyone is ever stationed in Australia while serving . . . or if any of you all have been to Australia. I have long thought it is a fascinating place, knowing little about it except that few folks live in the Outback.
Watching this video, I realized I know little or nothing about Australia other than unique animals (more marsupials than mammals!); a lot of the most venomous snakes; Ayers rock/Uluru, and indigenous walkabouts - the touristy stuff.
Doesn't cover much geology. However, the geography is very interesting and more surprising than I imagined it would be! Compares and contrasts populations and area with other nations - really surprising!
