Most - the term is most media outlets. Those media outlets are then used to refute the facts laid out before us.

Cannon’s death was tragic, but is not a valid comparison. Photo explains that social outrage is due to law enforcement continuing to kill minority bystanders and not face repercussions

Not even close to 100% accurate. In a single case, maybe. In most cases overall officers are charged. But don't let that stop you from believing what you believe.

SP5 Jim Curry - Yes it does so it can be lessened in impact. That is all these guys do. Even when we bring up twice as many of the "opposite" encounters they will tell you it does not matter because I am right and you are wrong. There is NO logic in the argument. And again - I agree with your point! Each and every incident should stand on its own evidence. But the left will not play that game as it is a losing game.

On July 17, 2014, Eric Garner died...
The shooting of John Crawford III occurred on August 5, 2014...
...skip a whole bunch...
On April 4, 2015, Walter Scott...
July 18, 2015 - Billy Ray Davis (please note: https://apps.statesman.com/question-of-restraint/data/460/billy-ray-davis/ clearly suggests that the police were NOT at all part of his death). And this gets us close to the 5 year mark I asked for.
Going further down the list:
Tyree Crawford, 22, was killed 5 August 2014...
so, without reviewing every single one, I have no idea how many happened on, or after, Aug 2015. With that, have a peak at https://www.statista.com/statistics/585152/people-shot-to-death-by-us-police-by-race/.

What I am getting at, and what your list demonstrated in just 10 names I looked up, is that it is a red herring. Yes, killed by cop was on your list. Also on your list was death by other means while a cop was helping. Also on your list was death by cop after brandishing what appeared to be a lethal weapon. Next, the chart I posted shows there are twice as many white people killed by cops - and dare I say - several of those cops were not white. So - where is the outrage?! Where is the WLM movement?! Why the double standard?!

SSgt (Join to see) well you got your 20 names at least (and more). We can quibble about justified vs unjustified. Not understanding the math is common. There are almost 6x more white folk than black folk. Perhaps there is no WLM movement because in most cases their killer is brought to justice straight away. But hey, maybe with how bad white folk are treated and how unequally they are treated, they will start a movement.
