Why Illegal-Immigrant Crime Can Be Particularly Painful | National Review

This is not about illegals. This is about an American political party that has a central platform around the non-citizen. If you dare say anything against their narrative you a labeled as a racist or worse, a small minded conservative. This small kook minority has discovered a goldmine: Greed. They have no grand ideals other than promising state sponsored theft for votes. A few Americans dying for their cause is a small price to pay when this small elitist club of snobs and sophisticates rule over us rubes.

What bothers me is that even if we had the wall, we have dozens of legal points of entry that can be used to gain refugee status, unless there is definite proof you have a record that would preclude the status. Many countries have insufficient records or even no records. Our laws must be changed to protect our citizens, US born and naturalized.
