Why Is Health Insurance so Complicated?

One of the best, most rational explanations I've seen or heard so far. We need to rescind the Affordable Care Act ASAP and permit private health insurers to compete fairly. To allow people to choose the best plan for themselves. Then provide for the healthcare needs of those with catastrophic and other existing health issues compassionately and rationally.
