Why Leaving the Military is So Hard and 4 Rules to Get It Right

I would say my worst decision ever was to go civil service after i retired in 1992. I should have went into the civilian work force. I had to put up with crappy interns. Idiot GS 12's who could not open a spreadsheet. GS 14/GS15's who knew nothing about logistics anymore.

Great article. For most of us, the military is a short part of our lives. Even if one retires after thirty, there is still a lot of life to live.
