Add supply chain management and business as tags. Shortage of final liquor product is also due to raw material cost increases and labor shortage

"Some producers are struggling to source glass bottles. The cost to import liquor from overseas has shot up because of price increases in international shipping. And actually delivering booze to bars, restaurants and other vendors has been hampered by a shortage of truck drivers."

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel I think individuals are allowed to produce 300 gallons for personal use before taxation.

CPL Douglas Chrysler - When I was Making Wine with My Grandfather and Father the Law used to be state by state but Most States it was 250 Gallons of Wine Personal Consumption, Of Course We Shared! Now Personal (Legal) Distilling is a Relatively New In Thing and I'm Not Real sure about the Laws.

As PO1 William "Chip" Nagel said, be careful about the laws. Alcohol regulations vary by state and even by county. Brewing beer or making wine for personal use is usually legal, but distilling liquor usually requires state ATF approval. Certain states can confiscate, fine or even jail you for producing high proof alcohol without a license.
