But interestingly, Clinton also had authority under an executive order to classify or declassify information at the “top secret” level. (Petraeus had the same classification authority as CIA director.)

That authority ONLY applied to those that SHE wrote or were written by the State Dept.
She had/has ABSOLUTLY zero authority to classify/declassify those written by other agencies/departments such as the CIA/DoD/NSA/FBI...etc.

SSG (Join to see) - Hillary is horrible. And she may yet run afoul of the FBI. There is no doubt in my mind she would lie like a dog if she needed to. But she hasn’t hit that bump yet.

Capt Walter Miller - That is because she has yet to be interviewed by the FBI. She has testified to Congress about Benghazi, where her email server scandal came to light, but not about the classified messages.

Any Vet, Active Duty, Reservist...etc., esp if they worked within the intell/communication community and with classified material who is defending Clinton on this needs their head examined.
To date over 1700 Classified email have been found on her PRIVATE, UNSECURED, UNAUTHORIZED server.
22 of those TS/SAP, 2 TS/SCI, 2 TS, 2 S and the rest Confidential or lower (yes there is a lower level).
I'll admit, I don't like Hell-ary, never have, but she needs to be prosecuted for this and sent to prison for this, AS ANYONE OF US WHO DID THE SAME THING WOULD BE.
