Interesting but long article. It sure makes the FBI look stupid. (Which is sad when any of our gov is made to look stupid!) Since all of us were gov employees, we probably do not like it when people said our unit was the worst. This article goes through the elements of potential crime which shows this was an overreaching investigation.

I don't think it was, I do believe that it was taping the phone of the Russian ambassador though... Did Gen. Flynn really believe calls to the Russian Ambassador were not being recorded? That's what makes no sense to me.
