Short of NCOs, who didn't see that coming? That’s what happen service members are forced to leave. When experience and the know how is forced to leave... What you get? A 4 Star General saying his short of NCOs and all sort of Soldiers. Again, who didn’t see that coming?

I think its more a problem off a wide spread factor of NCO's forgetting their purpose and commitment top Troops and Mission, far to many toxic leaders across the board and jus to the south at Bliss is the next impact area.
