I have been to Moffett Field(when I belonged to the 445 civil Affairs battalion in Mountain View) to witness the B-17 and the B-24 take off and land. If you are in the area of San Jose and Mountain View, you can come to Moffett Field and check these planes out or even take a flight in one. You can also check out the world's largest blimp Hangar that still in existence from when the United States Navy had 2 Zeppelins in the 1930s.

B24 and B17 at Moffett Field May 2015
Not very often you see both types of bombers together in one place outside of an air museum especially seeing both types in flying condition.
