Two tours of duty without a scratch. This VET returns home and enters a Study the VA was conducting and found out he had a brain tumor. Talk about being lucky...well, sort of...had he not entered this study, he would not have discovered his tumor.
VA doctors quickly took action and this VET is alive today because of the VA.
The VA is not all that bad...just as anything else in life, there are a few bad apples here and there.
Hopefully, with the new ADMINISTRATION, the few bad apples will be taken out and replaced with better running VA facilities.
