Witnesses yell 'he can't hear you' as cop shoots deaf man

Why not "The Bad Hospital Files?" Those buildings, well, the doctors, nurses, and staff in them, kill a couple hundred thousand or more Americans EVERY YEAR through malpractice and overt incompetence. American police, in violent confrontations that frequently arise in mere seconds, are intimately involved in the deaths of @1000 people each year. Please tell me why this extremely inordinate attention is paid to them? Where are the riots and looting because of hospitals???
