One of the guys on Diego Garcia had a Smoker and he would make some Outstanding Shark.

Never tried it, but willing to. What's it taste like? IF you say, "Goat's anus," then, I may not try it.

Well if you flavor it with Goat Anus that is what it would taste like but actually the most bland flavorless Fish I've ever eaten, It tastes like whatever you flavor it with. The Ultimate Plain White Meat. I've heard that some Restaurants pull a fast one and use ground shellfish to flavor it cut it in circles and sell it as Scallops.
