TROPICAL STORM 09W (PRAPIROON) is coming to Korea! Expect heavy rains 30 June thru 3 July with up to 5 inches accumulation over the four day period. Take precautions in flood prone and low lying areas. Do not attempt to cross flooded areas. Wind may increase to up to 30 knots from 2 thru 3 July due to TROPICAL STORM 09W (PRAPIROON). Secure loose items that may cause wind damage.
