I have found that using bullet points to begin with that promote your accomplishments is the way to go (always put your best foot forward. Followed by who "You" are and then the obligatory employment history Ref's, etc........One other thing. Your cover letter is even more important than your resume' your opening sentence is going to get you the job or send you packing., i speak from experience both personal and professionally. I have hired hundred of people personally.

TSgt Joshua Duplin - I have always seen a place for a cover letter online, especially through a 3rd party recruiter....It's been a little while but a few months ago I applied to something and there was a place for it. If you have to put it in additional remarks or find a way....that's what we do we find a way!

TSgt Joshua Duplin It's been a while for me but in every case I have submitted a cover letter - Alan K. as you stated maybe it's the recruiter.

TSgt Joshua Duplin - I'm talking regular Joe jobs, up to and including C level. Military or military contracting is a whole different ballgame.
