Not sure how many are familiar with this YouTube Series, but it centers around a new XO getting out and showing the world what some of the nastiest jobs on a ship are. He's on the Nimitz the oldest aircraft carrier still in use. It's actually good (coming from a Soldier), and I like the way he has his crew give shout outs to their families back home and actually get the XO involved in these "Dirty Jobs". If the Army did this it would probably be ruined by 1SG walking with the XO yelling that something isn't clean (even though the show is modeled after Dirty Jobs), the CO having to make a risk assessment on walking through the motor pool, and every SPC having an appointment so they're not stuck doing this with them. It's a very good thing for morale and it's a good look for the Navy after being handed their butts in the Army-Navy Game
