When the auditors asked if it was true that we spend 20 million dollars a year on firewood in Afghanistan, they were told "we don't have the records..we just spend the money".

I not an accountant but I'm pretty sure you don't want "bribing locals" on you books. Fire woods is much easier to explain and account for you just need to make the fake purchase orders. Seems like someone forgot that part. PO# BULL-SH-1-T Vendor:T-Man firewood, Inc $20,000,000 - Lots of firewood
