Don't consider this to be like a recycled worn-out story from years ago. Everyone is talking about how Berkeley made it's mark on free speech in the past, yet now is choosing to limit speech from a particular side.

Good, Berkley has become the fascist anti-free speech hub of America. I hope the YAF crushes them in court.

Take away ALL federal monies from universities that practice unconstitutional behavior like this. Then launch federal investigations of those universities. Shut them down until the investigation is concluded. Investigate their finances. Make existing as difficult and awkward as possible for universities that think they are above the Constitution.

Removing funding would be a good start. But it has to be done wisely. To much of a degree many of the things you mentioned will only embolden them and give them a cause.
