I do fast walks and bike running. At 72 I think I'm in pretty good shape. Yesterday I walked about six miles. I can do 20 push-ups, lift 150 lbs., do about ten to fifteen pull ups. When I'm at our church gym I workout with 200 pounds on the back bend machine. I'm not going to sit around and grow old wishing I wasn't.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth I think you can input walking into the running text. I teach a Wellness Camp and we preach moving- not sitting

I like sprint triathlons. I spend a little time running, a little time bike riding which I enjoy. and a lot of time swimming. Swimming is low impact but is physically demanding. It keeps me going and gives me a focus for exercising.
