I'll go with the consensus here and say Smoke and Mirrors but a great way to screw with the Opposition. I remember some of the Old OPDEC stuff we used to do.

Looks like a Russian T-50 - Need an enhance image as the tail section is a bit fuzzy.

Looks like a Mig-29 to derivative me.

Trailing edge of the wing would taper in towards to cockpit if it was a MiG-29. This looks to taper away. However its definitely a twin fuselage air frame. I'm sure the guys and gals over at NRO are on this.
