Driving today by Leduc, Alberta. I see the Canadians had a T-33 Jet Trainer licensed for production in Canada. I see these old jets are a variant of the T-80 Shooting Star. The T-80 was a single seater version. It was first Operational in late 1944. Canada and the USA both Honor their Air Force Heritage. The black jet has 'RCAF' on the sides.
