I submitted my packet for the Nov. board and I’m getting pretty nervous. I only have 15 college credits and I’m worried that’s going to hurt me. I’m a 24 year old active duty E5 Cav scout with a 280 pt score, 61 sift and one top block NCOER. Do I have a shot?

I got picked up with 46 credits and no degree. The Army is still hurting for Pilots, so you'll be fine.

Sgt Odom,
Currently most career paths within the Warrant ranks do not require a degree so don’t worry too much about it. Having your English credits should be enough and the board will at least see you’re working on your personal growth. Your 280 isn’t going to be much either with the ACFT in play for IET schools so try to get one knocked out and that score card added to your packet. Otherwise time is on your side and they’re short pilots; best of luck to you!
