LTJG (Join to see) As a Navy CWO-3 (SWO), I have been retired from the Navy since 1990 after 23 years service, and would love to help, but I am sure I would not be relevant anymore? In fact I do not know what a WOFT is? But if you need any NAVY help let me know, but I suspect the Army is where you help will be found. Good luck.

I'd appreciate your help regardless sir. All I'd need is some feedback on an essay I've written to see if I'm making my point properly.
Maybe I could email it to you with it attached and in the body I can clear up a few things such as what it is I'm applying for, the structure of the essay and maybe a few things about me?
