15p aviation operations is about alot of paperwork and numbers. double check the -12's for right hrs cause the pilots lie. its alot of numbers. and of u get assigned to an air cav unit, ur in the field like always. 1-10 air cav out of fort hood, i know. yes i, yes disbanded it now.

I went from MC 53 crew chief engine mech to MC res inf to NG Avn cobras and black hawk crew chief. Done supply, admin you name it 5 mos’s. 15P idk for you try crew chief I think you’ll enjoy it more. More hands on out in the field flying extra pay etc. 15P i thin it’s better when you have more Avn knowledge and higher ranked. I used my 15P when I was an E8-E9. I hope this helps
