Yeah it is only as hard as you make it. Learn the IETM and dont be afraid to not know the right answer. There is nothing on this ACFT that is way to hard yo do.

1. Pay attention to the details on every task. (This means to review the task from start to finish.)
2. Have all the required tools on Hand before you start any task as well as expendable materials.
3. There are no dumb questions. If you have a question ask it there is someone else who has the same question.
4. Act like you are being inspected all day everyday, because you are in one way or another on some aspect of your performance.
5. If you have a bad day put it behind you. Learn from your experiences.
6. If you get chewed out, ask how you can improve.

You are only going to learn just enough. Learn it and learn it well. Pay attention, learn your way through the IETM, do not rely on the search function only. If the 3D locator is loaded for use, use it, learn where the components are and know their theory of operations, you will tested on them. You will learn way more when you reach your duty station.
They will tell you that they only teach you enough to be dangerous. Expect to learn a whole lot in a short amount of time, and even more later. Pubs are critical, learn the 738-751 and expect testing on that.
Finally do not be afraid to ask the NCOs or civilian instructors questions. They have years of experience in most cases and can guide you in the right direction.
