Honestly, sir, Russia has been trying to research and develop weapon systems that they cannot even afford too field in large numbers. The latest tank they tried to field ended up being to costly and they decided to keep upgrading the T-90. I would not be surprised if this was to happen again.

This is a stupid weapon system.

T-72 chassis, and the ATGM are laser guided similar to the M47 Dragon.

The wire guided Dragon required a 9-12 second tracking in order for the weapon system to hit at 1500 meters, with weapon speed of 200m/s; this Russian system has a range of 4k meters and a speed of 550 meters per second or about 8 seconds to track, acquire, and strike at 4000 meters.
