It happens from time to time. I swear it's a roulette on when it works. Sometimes you just have to keep refreshing the same page over and over. Sometimes a different browser works better

Yes! I ended up reinstalling the DoD Root Certificates, and it generally fixed the problem. I still can't open encrypted emails, though.

Encrypted e-mails require the s/mime extension for Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer.

TSgt (Join to see) I can't figure out a way to install it on Edge, since it's 64-bit. I've got it installed on IE, but when I try to read an encrypted email, I just get a blank white window.

SSG (Join to see) - You probably have a PIN request dialog hidden behind another window. That happens occasionally, you just need to find it and supply your PIN.
