Sven and Ollie were sitting on the porch, enjoying Ice tea and avoiding the heat of the day. Every few minutes Sven's bloodhound would lift his head and bay. After an hour of this, Ollie asks "Sven, what is wrong with your dog?"

"He's laying on a nail poking up through the porch deck" replied Sven

"Why doesn't he move? asked Ollie.

"It only hurts enough to bitch, not enough to get off the nail."

As an NCO it is your duty to report EO violations. If you don’t bring a problem into the light how do you expect it to be addresses?

After reading your post from about a month ago, SGT (Join to see), I say you should talk with your EO officer. As COL Robert Grierson advised, the EO people will want documentation, but you might just talk with them first to get an idea of what they need. There are many "protected classes" beyond race. Almost any characteristic other than being a white, male, under 40, can put one in a protected class. Discrimination may be more widespread than you realize.
