I’ve been waiting for an eternity it feels like and this process is going nowhere. Waiting to get a security clearance and at this point I feel like I’m on a deployment.

No, you can not. The only thing that could be done is an expedite memo if you have an upcoming class date without an Interim TS/SCI.

She told me there’s no way to expedite it. She told me to contact my congressman but they said they couldn’t do it either

SPC Devin Young - There is an expedite memo signed by your S2 that lays out the reasons you are requesting your investigation be expedited. it goes to OPM

Expedite memorandum. I’ve written probably 20. Just be aware that unless you have some sort of documentation stating that you absolutely need the clearance to be adjudicated, DoD CAF is not going to do anything. IE you are going to a school requiring SCI/TS as a prerequisite, are going on a deployment and your orders state a clearance requirement, etc. you submit this memorandum through your BN S2, and they upload it as a CSR through DISS JVS to the DoD CAF.

Is there a form number for that like DD___ such and such? Because my S-2 has no clue what I’m talking about

SPC Devin Young The form is a Memorandum for Record, from your S2 to the DoD CAF. I truly apologize on behalf of all intelligence, the idiots that are placed in your battalion are not a reflection of the intel community. What are they, all a bunch of PV2’s?
