How can Intelligence analyst show to civilian employers they are legitimate besides just taking a DCGS course or just raw experience? Because every time I have asked a analyst that’s basically all I get

The #1 sign of your credibility is your clearance. It is a highly sought after commodity. The foundry catalogue offers some quality training opportunities your chain of command can go over with you. Also, the 5 eyes has cross training opportunities.
My soldiers have been able to secure civilian employment in the IC mainly with that clearance.

It is all about your resume and recommendations. Civilian employers care about your degree, expericence, and recommendations. Your resume should have all of that in there.

Any training center rotations, war fighter or staff exercises are good examples. You can also offer up some papers you’ve written, if you truly have the experience. There multiple certifications for analyst other than just DCGS-A.
