How can Intelligence analyst show to civilian employers they are legitimate besides just taking a DCGS course or just raw experience? Because every time I have asked a analyst that’s basically all I get

It is all about your resume and recommendations. Civilian employers care about your degree, expericence, and recommendations. Your resume should have all of that in there.

Any training center rotations, war fighter or staff exercises are good examples. You can also offer up some papers you’ve written, if you truly have the experience. There multiple certifications for analyst other than just DCGS-A.

I believe by becoming certified in as many Intelligence subjects skills as possible as well will show them that you truly wish to separate yourself from other applicants and that you truly wish to pursue that career field.
