As a french speaking PSYOP specialist assigned to the European Regional PSYOP Bn, the majprity of all of our deployments were to french speaking African countries.
Before I was PSYOP, I was stationed in Italy with the 173rd Airborne BDE, where Army Arfica command is now located. My guess is that your skill set is probably very needed there. I HIGHLY recommend Italy.
