Good Monday morning Kerry. It's a holiday for many of us but I have a number of things on the plate.
Your troops always know whether you believe in what you are advocating or whether you are giving them the party line. I try to be honest about what I present since I want to work with people where they are and take them to where they want to be. I do know that the "do it until you believe it" can work...I've seen it work for clients and for my students...you practice until it becomes your reality.

Topic: Believe In Day
My belief is focused on the LORD God and HIS revealed Word - the Bible. By God's grace the Holy Spirit, WHO dwells with the soul o each adopted child, stores the Word of God in our heart/soul and prompts us to demonstrate the Word by action and sometimes supplemented with words.
1. I have generally stood up and taken responsibility for each action I was called to account for. As a street-wise youth I did not volunteer information on friends involved or actions I was not suspected of.
2. I trusted my subordinate officers, NCOs, soldiers and DA Civilians. I demonstrated this trust by giving them authority to perform and make decisions while I retained responsibility for all.
3. I have a number of steadfast and true friends who have stood up for me and alternately I have stood up for them.
