Incentives change every FY. For example, the NG and Reserves have an SRIP published each year based off their needs. There is a chart on this memo that shows what each AOC in AMEDD is eligible for.

You need to speak with an AMEDD recruiter. It varies by service and component. Currently available for NG. Can’t answer for AR or AD.
